When The Body Carries What The Soul No Longer Needs, Symptoms Will Arise.
What is Acupressure
& Who Is It For?
What Is Acupressure?
Acupressure is a gentle, hands-on healing practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine that has been used for thousands of years. This practice works with the body’s natural energy pathways to aid in a wide range of health conditions including chronic pain and emotional well-being.
Using light to moderate pressure on specific points of the body, acupressure supports the nervous system, encourages circulation of energy, and helps the body move toward balance and regulation.
Unlike acupuncture, acupressure does not use needles — it is entirely non-invasive and deeply supportive.
Who Is Acupressure For?
This work is especially well-suited for those who feel called to explore healing beyond symptom management and are open to understanding themselves more deeply.
Acupressure may be supportive for individuals who:
Feel disconnected from themselves or their body
Live with stress, anxiety, or nervous system overwhelm
Sense that their body is holding emotional or energetic weight
Are curious about holistic or integrative healing approaches
Desire a gentle, trauma-aware, and relational form of care
Acupressure is a complementary wellness practice and does not replace medical care, mental health treatment, or professional diagnosis.
Who Am I
& What Is My Goal
Who Am I
I am a foundationally trained acupressure practitioner with additional training in SEVA (Somatic Emotional Vulnerability) work and Inner Child healing. My approach is rooted in the understanding that the body, mind, and spirit are deeply interconnected — and that the body often carries experiences, memories, and patterns long after we are consciously aware of them.
My path to this work began through my own healing journey. Living with chronic migraines, navigating major life transitions, and searching for deeper meaning led me to discover the profound wisdom held within the body and nervous system. Acupressure offered not only physical support, but a way of listening — a way of understanding myself with compassion rather than force.
Over time, this work felt less like something I learned and more like something I remembered.
I believe healing unfolds when we feel safe, seen, and supported — not when we are pushed to change or “fix” ourselves.
My Goal
My goal is to create a calm, grounded, and supportive space where clients can reconnect with themselves and gently release what no longer belongs to them.
I do not view symptoms as problems to be eliminated, but as messages — invitations to slow down, listen, and realign. Through gentle acupressure and presence-based care, I support the nervous system in returning to balance, allowing clarity, relief, and self-awareness to emerge naturally.
Ultimately, my hope is that clients leave sessions feeling more at home in their bodies, more connected to who they are, and more empowered to trust themselves.
Your Session
My Approach
My work is:
Gentle and therapeutic
Trauma-aware and client-led
Grounded in both energetic awareness and practical care
I honor each person’s autonomy, belief system, and readiness. Spirit-led insights may be shared during sessions only when invited, and always with respect and discernment.
This is a space where you are not asked to perform, explain, or become anything other than who you are.
What You May Experience in a Session
Many people experience acupressure as calming, grounding, and restorative. Sessions often create space for the body to release held tension, stored stress, and patterns that no longer serve the whole being.
We begin with time to connect and check in, allowing space for conversation and reflection. Hands-on acupressure is then offered in a calm, grounded manner, supporting the body’s natural ability to regulate and release. Gentle dialogue, quiet presence, and moments of stillness are woven throughout the session as needed.
Clients may experience:
Deep relaxation and grounding
A sense of emotional release or clarity
Increased awareness of their body and internal state
Relief from tension, stress, or physical discomfort
A feeling of being seen and supported
Every session is unique and guided by what your body and nervous system are ready for in that moment.
